Sheila is CEO at Career Connect and leads on the charity’s education and business services at local, regional and national levels, including quality assurance of careers guidance delivery. With more than 30 years’ experience in policy development in careers education, careers guidance, employability and enterprise, Sheila is directly responsible for developing innovative services for UK schools and colleges.
Diane manages Career Connect’s education and business services across the North West, providing services to over 150 schools. She currently manages city council commissioned services for young people in Salford and Manchester. She began her career as a Careers Adviser in Salford and has worked in Tameside, Cheshire and Merseyside. She has worked in the Careers field for more than 30 years and joined Career Connect in 2001.
Carmel oversees management of the Education and Business Team, including the development and delivery of Career Connect commercial services to schools and college. She leads on the Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) Quality Award has overall responsibility for team performance, relationship management and caseload allocation to ensure all contractual requirements are met. With over 40 years’ experience working in the field of Careers, Carmel’s knowledge and understanding supports schools/colleges with tailored solutions to meet their statutory requirements and the needs of their students.
Chloe manages Career Connects commercial offer to over 150 schools and colleges and is responsible for securing funding for a range of careers education, employability and enterprise projects. She also leads on the development of our digital services portfolio and employer brokerage. Chloe has more than 15 years’ experience of designing and delivering successful careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) activities for schools and colleges including those classed as the most vulnerable.
