ENGAGE has been specially designed to support schools and colleges to meet Gatsby Benchmarks 1, 2, 3, and 4. The ENGAGE offer is a data driven careers offer, delivered by industry experts which includes, expert CEIAG consultancy and training, full school cohort assessment and analysis, Labour Market Information and Resources and Attendance at Parents events.

We were the first careers organisation in the country to achieve Licensed Awarding Body status for the Quality in Careers Standard, so we know what it takes to provide the very best support to young people.
The Matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s (DfE) standard for ensuring the quality of the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance. It helps providers to improve their services by benchmarking against best practice and it offers accreditation to those that meet the full standard.
