On Track Programme
The On Track programme helps to prepare, engage and raise aspirations of learners and help them to feel confident and motivated in considering their career journey. Tailored to academic need and cohort needs the on-track programme supports students to re-engage in the curriculum and learning.

We were the first careers organisation in the country to achieve Licensed Awarding Body status for the Quality in Careers Standard, so we know what it takes to provide the very best support to young people.
The Matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s (DfE) standard for ensuring the quality of the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance. It helps providers to improve their services by benchmarking against best practice and it offers accreditation to those that meet the full standard.
